Every home is different, so we confirm the details with you before quoting. Tick the tasks you need, send your request, and we'll review your project and contact you within 24–48 hours about next steps, including an estimate visit if needed. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you approve it.
Our quotes cover labour. Materials are supplied by you (the client) on-site at the time of the visit, unless otherwise agreed. If you'd like us to source materials for you, we can — a material procurement fee applies and will be included in your quote.
After you submit your request, we reach out within 24–48 hours to confirm the scope of work, answer any questions, and schedule your estimate visit. The times you choose on the form are preferences — availability is confirmed when we contact you.

We accept e-Transfer, credit card, and cash. No payment is collected on the website — everything is handled once you approve your quote. A deposit may be required for larger jobs — we'll confirm this on your call. The remaining balance is due on completion.
We review scope with you before booking, so surprises are rare. If additional work is identified on-site, we'll always discuss it with you before proceeding — we never add scope without your approval. Our focus is smaller jobs done right; larger projects are accepted where scope and skills merit.
